Independent Retirement: These retirement cottages consist of luxurious one bedroom, one bath and two bedroom, two bath ground level accommodations with attached garages. These ADA accessible homes offer all kitchen and laundry appliances, tub/shower combo units or walk-in showers. Monthly rent includes choice of one meal per day served at Venture Inn in the Lifestyle Center, emergency notification system, weekly housekeeping, all utilities except cable TV and phone, secure mail boxes, routine maintenance and landscaping, central heat and air in each cottage, weekly trash/recycling collection, planned activities, scheduled transportation, membership in the Lifestyle Rewards Program, access to the Lifestyle Center plus much more.
